The Steps

01 | Choose Your Glass Product

Take a look at our selection of handcrafted designs, each of which can incorporate ashes. We have two options available:

  • Tea-Light Holder (7cm x 10cm)

  • Swirl Paperweight (9cm tall)

    Once you've selected your preferred glass product, explore the available colours:

    • Seascape

    • Berry

    • Heather

02 | Place Your Order

  • You can place your order using our secure online payment gateway or by calling us.

  • Select the items you wish to purchase and complete the ordering process.

  • Expect to receive your order pack within the next 5 business days.

03 | Return Your Order Pack

  • Your order pack will contain all the necessary materials.

    • Use the provided zip-seal bag to place one teaspoon of ashes per item ordered.

    • Ensure name is included on the zip-seal bag.

  • Mail your pack back to us using registered post, utilising the provided return envelope.

04 | We Create Your Piece

  • Once we receive your loved one's ashes, our skilled artisans will meticulously create your order in our workshop.

05 | Receive Your Product

  • You can expect your Ashes to Glass product within two weeks of sending us your loved one’s ashes.

  • We will securely dispatch your order via registered post which offers tracking, insurance, and requires a signature upon delivery.

  • Any remaining unused ashes will also be returned along with your order.
